How long does it take from order to delivery??

Due to high demand, our shipping times average 2-3 weeks. In exceptional circumstance, it may take even longer. This depends on which country you are shipping to. We are trying to improve these times as fast as possible.
If you reside in the USA and your order value exceeds $25, it will take three days to confirm your orders, in accordance to Federal Law.

How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted??

You’ll receive a confirmation email, quoting your Order Number and details of your purchase.

How long will it take to receive a tracking number??

It usually takes between 2-5 business days.

What if an item doesn’t arrive or goes missing??

For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at shop@noticeamazing.com. Please don’t forget to quote your Order Number. If we don’t manage to locate your item through our tracking system, we will ship another product at no additional charge to you. You will also have the option to request a full refund, of course and should you wish.

What if an item arrives damaged??

Please don’t forget to quote your Order Number and a picture proof of what’s wrong with your item.

The moment we have identified the problem, we will ship another product at no additional charge to you.

What if an item arrives in the wrong size??

Tell us which actual size you would like to receive, and we will ship another product at no additional charge to you.

We will not ask you to send the item that doesn’t fit you back to us. This way we save time by not having to re-stock it, we help the environment and hopefully make you a little bit happier as you may keep the item as a gift from us.

Please understand that this courtesy is limited – we have noticed in the past, that people take advantage of our generosity. Please don’t you be that one.

What is your Refund Policy??

Satisfaction is a top priority for us at Notice Amazing, and we do not rest until you are happy! Thus, we have a 30-day return policy that starts when you receive the product.

We are all over the world, but are mainly based in Malta, Italy, Latvia and Germany. Follow us on Instagram to see what we are up to.

Which currency will I be charged in??

We process all orders in Euros. Head to xe.com for up to date conversion rates.

How can I pay??

We love PayPal. It keeps you safe as they offer excellent consumer protection and it makes things very easy for us. You can also use any mainstream Credit Card, such as VISA, MasterCard or American Express.

If I enter my personal information will you sell my data??

Absolutely not. We have to forward your name and address to our suppliers in order to process your order, however.

Will I have to pay customs??

It very much depends on where you ship to and you are responsible to be aware of your local laws. We cannot accept responsibility for additional costs incurred due to taxes your country imposes.

From our experience 2 out of 100 orders are stopped at customs for duty.

Why is my order being shipped in different Packages??

Since we supply you directly from the producer a multi-item order will be shipped from each respective factory.
